We are seeking a talented Engineering Manager to lead one of our Product Engineering teams. You will play a pivotal role in driving the development, delivery, and optimization of our web app and add-ins. This role combines technical leadership, strategic planning, and team management.
What you’ll be doing- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of talented engineers.
- Drive the execution of projects from conception to delivery.
- Provide technical guidance, expertise, and oversight to the team.
- Lead by example through hands-on contribution to code reviews and architecture discussions.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Proven track record of 5+ years of experience in software engineering, 2+ years in a management role.
- Experience building and shipping high-quality user-facing products, preferably in the domain of no-code or data tools.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- High tolerance for ambiguity and change.
- Strong grasp of computer science fundamentals.
