We are looking for an Engineering Manager to steer our engineering team to success. Lead a team of dedicated professionals to excellence. Ensure the successful delivery of projects within your Business Area.

Responsibilities:

• Manage team capacity and deliverables, support cross-team planning and coordination.
• Collaborate with Product Management on defining and prioritizing features/improvements.
• Ensure processes, products, and services meet high technical standards.
• Lead, mentor, grow, and retain a high-performing engineering team.
• Conduct annual performance reviews, providing timely feedback.
• Suggest rewards/promotions aligned with performance and budget.
• Promote company culture and teamwork.
• Resolve problems/conflicts, escalating when necessary.
• Facilitate daily Scrum and Sprint initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry/technology trends to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements:

• 8+ years experience in software development, proven track record of mentoring engineering talent.
• Experience in SaaS scale-up and Agile environments.
• Strong leadership, team management skills, including change/conflict management and delegation.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong verbal/written communication skills; conveying technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Proactive approach to identifying/implementing innovative solutions.
• Adaptability to changing priorities and challenges.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
