As an Engineering Manager, you'll help advance our engineering strategy, mentor high-performing teams, and partner cross-functionally to deliver solutions.
What You'll Do:
- Grow one or more engineering teams.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Data teams.
- Guide technical strategy and architecture decisions.
- Hire and develop engineering talent.
- Partner across the organization to influence product direction.
- Improve engineering processes, quality, and reliability.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven engineering leadership at scale – 7+ years of experience.
- Strategic and systems-level thinker.

The United States new hire base salary target ranges for this full-time position are:
Zone A: $149,450 - $211,100 + equity + benefits
Zone B: $164,395 - $232,210 + equity + benefits
Zone C: $179,340 - $253,320 + equity + benefits
Zone D: $194,285 - $274,430 + equity + benefits
