What you will do
- Manage, support, coach, and develop high-performing engineers.
- Partner with VP of Engineering and Group Product Manager for high-performing, impactful, high-quality work.
- Lead creation, development, and implementation of best practice and tools.
- Partner with Senior Engineers to drive technical initiatives.
- Lead ongoing engineering work, ensuring timely delivery.
About You
- Experience managing high-performing engineers (including seniors and leads) at high-growth startups.
- Understanding of high-performing engineering team structure and success.
- Senior-level engineering experience.
- Empathetic leadership style and strong relationships.
- Commitment to helping others achieve goals and becoming top engineers.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Passion for developing great people and products at scale.
- Data-driven approach and cross-functional collaboration with Product and Design.
- Experience in delivering high-quality outcomes.
