We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the Site Reliability Engineering team. This role balances successful project execution with mentorship and team development in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
- Support a collaborative remote-first culture.
- Leverage technical expertise to drive project success, shaping architecture, guiding design, and maintaining code quality.
- Coach and mentor your team by creating individualized development plans, tracking progress, and uniting the team around the company vision.
- Partner with internal teams to scale cloud infrastructure, ensuring operational excellence and cost efficiency for the virtual agent platform.
- Cultivate a "shift left" culture for shared ownership of platform reliability and performance.
- Oversee On-Call and Incident Management.
- Collaborate with Engineering Leadership to shape best practices for operational and technical excellence.
What You'll Bring
- 2+ years experience leading remote teams in reliability, infrastructure, or software engineering.
- Ownership guiding high-impact projects.
- Strong track record of delivering critical infrastructure while coordinating across teams.
- Deep understanding of modern public cloud infrastructure, observability, and distributed systems.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Data-informed decision-making and passion for improving team and product evolution.
- Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Google Sheets, and dashboards.
