The Role: We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a team of software engineers, driving the development of data pipelines. You’ll shape the engineering culture, bringing technical leadership and mentorship. Your ability to align cross-functional teams will be key to our success.

- Leading and mentoring a team of backend and data engineers.
- Shaping the strategic direction of teams and projects.
- Building data pipelines and orchestration at scale.
- Hands-on technical leader in application development, databases, APIs, and third-party integrations.
- Fostering an inclusive and diverse engineering culture.
- Using metrics to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Championing best practices in test-driven development, CI/CD, and software delivery.
You Must Have:
- 10+ years of software development experience, with at least 3 years in a staff leadership or management role.
- Deep expertise in SQL, Python or analogous back-end language and API frameworks.
- Experience with APIs and integrating third-party services (e.g., Google, Meta APIs).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience with cloud platforms, containerized architectures, and scalable SaaS platforms.
Nice to Have:
- Direct knowledge in our technology stack: Google Cloud Platform, Airflow, dbt, Spark, PostgreSQL, BigQuery, Iceberg.
