Full-Time Engineering Manager - Client Lifecycle

Work in the Client Technology tribe simplifying complexity for clients, enhancing their experience in all interactions. Develop features supporting clients' journey, utilizing a scalable and improved client mailbox platform.Build, empower, & manage a high-performing, agile, self-organizing engineering team, fostering individual career growth.Share technical expertise and best practices with the team. Collaborate with Product and Design Teams to build and integrate new features.Define OKRs to drive team success.Organize, prioritize, and achieve business goals alongside the product team.Participate in the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

• Relevant university degree (e.g., computer science, engineering). or equivalent.
• Extensive experience as a developer (Java, Kotlin, TypeScript) in the cloud (AWS preferred).
• Strong passion for people development; prior people management experience is beneficial.
• Strong analytical thinking (technical & product domain).
• Proven experience in complex software projects with end-to-end ownership (microservices).
• Deep understanding of RESTful API design.
• Commitment to well-architected, testable, and documented code; agile mindset.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Background in financial services is a plus.
