Full-Time Engineering Manager - Cloud Infrastructure

• Lead and grow a high-performing team of senior engineers, providing clear direction, coaching, and professional development.
• Drive cloud strategies and roadmaps that ensure security, resilience, and cost-effectiveness, aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee infrastructure design, automation, incident response, and recovery planning with a focus on resilience and business continuity.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders across multiple subsidiaries, balancing technical depth with business value.
• Foster a culture of innovation, inclusivity, and shared success, while managing team dynamics and conflict resolution with empathy and fairness.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, embedding best practices in cloud security, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and DevOps/SRE.

• 10+ years’ experience in cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, DevOps, or SRE roles.
• Deep technical expertise across AWS, IaC, networking, cloud security, scalability, and resilience planning.
• Proven success as a people leader – you invest in your team, resolve conflicts constructively, and inspire growth.
• Strong understanding of inter-team relations in complex organisations with multiple subsidiaries.
• Commercial acumen and ability to define global strategies and roadmaps that balance risk, resilience, and return on investment.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to translate technical insights into business value.
