Full-Time Engineering Manager Efficiency

RoleYou'll manage teams, ensuring high-quality, predictable delivery. Partner with Product and UX to shape the area's direction.

What you will be doing

1. Manage a team of multi-disciplinary squads
2. Partner with Product and UX
3. Provide accountability for team initiatives
4. Develop effective technical strategy
5. Act as a reference point for leadership and stakeholders
6. Provide guidance, mentorship, and coaching

Product management

• Understand customer needs
• Foster Platform as a Product approach
• Own process from discovery to delivery
• Facilitate OKR process
• Enhance team-product communication
• Set and communicate team roadmap

Managing the project

• Develop project scopes and objectives
• Act as a hands-on project manager and people leader
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget
• Build relationships with stakeholders, tech leaders, product teams

Develop people

• Provide guidance, mentorship, and coaching
• Provide regular feedback
• Help team members set and achieve goals
• Regularly assess team member performance
