Area of workWe recently established a new area called GTM (Go-To-Market), overseeing the entire funnel for Acquisition, Engagement, and Upselling/Cross-Selling for doctors and clinics. GTM has three groups: Integrations, Patient Flywheel, and Product-Led Growth (PLG). They collaborate to provide the best customer experience.
This position leads part of the Integrations group, focusing on core integrations with practice management systems, external systems, and public APIs. This group drives acquisition and engagement, processing over 3M patient bookings monthly.
RoleAs an Engineering Manager, manage your team(s) for predictable, high-quality delivery with high operational standards. Partner with Product and UX to shape the area's direction.
What you will be doing
- Manage ~9-13 direct reports in multi-disciplinary squads.
- Partner with Product and UX.
- Provide accountability for team initiatives.
- Develop technical strategy with technical leaders.
- Be a point of reference for leadership and stakeholders.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and coaching.
Product management
- Understand and focus on customer needs.
- Foster a Platform as a Product approach.
- Own the process from discovery to delivery.
- Facilitate OKR process.
- Enhance communication between teams and product teams.
- Set and communicate the team roadmap.
Managing the project
- Develop project scopes and objectives, involving stakeholders, ensuring technical feasibility.
- Act as a hands-on project manager and people leader.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
- Build relationships with stakeholders, tech leaders, product teams, and legal/security teams.
Develop people
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and coaching.
- Provide regular feedback and help team members set/achieve goals.
- Assess team member performance regularly.

Salary
€90,000 - €100,000 (USD equivalent).
