Area of workWe’ve recently established a new area called GTM (Go-To-Market), overseeing the entire funnel for Acquisition, Engagement, and Upselling/Cross-Selling for our doctors and clinics. GTM is organized into three groups: Integrations, Patient Flywheel, and Product-Led Growth (PLG). These groups collaborate frequently.
This position leads a part of the Integrations group, focusing on core integrations with Practice Management Systems, external market-specific ones, and stable, reliable public APIs. This group drives Acquisition and Engagement, processing over 3M patient bookings monthly.
RoleAs an Engineering Manager, you'll manage your team, ensuring predictable, high-quality delivery. You'll partner with Product and UX counterparts to shape the area's direction.
What you will be doing
- Managing ~9-13 direct reports in multi-disciplinary squads.
- Partnering with Product and UX.
- Providing accountability for team initiatives.
- Developing technical strategy with technical leaders.
- Serving as a point of reference for Leadership and Stakeholders.
- Mentoring and coaching team members.
Product management
- Understanding customer needs; fostering Platform as a Product approach.
- Owning the process from discovery to delivery.
- Facilitating OKR process.
- Enhancing communication between teams.
- Communicating team roadmap.
Managing projects
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving stakeholders.
- Acting as a hands-on project manager and people leader.
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Building relationships with stakeholders, tech leaders, and legal/security teams.
Developing people
- Providing guidance, mentorship, and coaching.
- Offering regular feedback and helping team members achieve career goals.
- Assessing team member performance regularly.

- Solid technical background (SDLC).

Compensation
Competitive salary (transparent); 25,000-35,000 PLN net + VAT monthly, or company equivalent, on employment contracts. Share options after 6 months.
