Full-Time Engineering Manager - Loyalty Program

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a team focused on mobile app development.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a multi-disciplinary engineering team.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in application design and development.
• Ensure adherence to engineering standards.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define requirements and plans.
• Improve overall architecture and support global technology initiatives (cloud transformation, platforming, AI).
• Manage hiring, onboarding, and team development.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Experience:

• 5+ years of hands-on mobile software development experience.
• Proven experience leading and managing high-performing Agile teams.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Polish or French.
• Backend development experience.
• BFF solutions experience.
