Full-Time Engineering Manager - Marketing Growth

Collaborate closely with Scalable's Marketing teams to build features and tooling for innovative client acquisition and engagement campaigns, and ensure client satisfaction with Scalable's website.

Build, empower, and manage a high-performing engineering team, supporting their career growth and fostering a self-organizing agile team.

Provide technical expertise and share best practices.

Build and integrate new features by collaborating with Product and Design Teams.

Define OKRs with the team to achieve business goals.

Participate in the recruitment process for new team members.

• Required Qualifications:
• University degree (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Sciences)
• 5+ years' experience as a developer (Java, Kotlin, TypeScript), working in the cloud (preferably AWS)
• Experience in marketing technologies (e.g., Salesforce, Google Analytics, Contentful) is a plus
• Proven experience in people management is a plus

Skills and Experience:

• Strong analytical thinking (technical & product)
• Experience in complex software projects with end-to-end ownership (Microservices)
• Passion for well-architected, testable, and documented code
• Agile mindset
• Excellent communication skills
• Understanding of RESTful API Design
• Background in financial services is a plus
