Job Details
Collaborate closely with Scalable's Marketing teams to build features and tooling that enable them to launch bold and innovative client acquisition and engagement campaigns. Ensure clients are impressed by Scalable's public website and its integrated features.
Build, empower, and manage a team of engineers, helping them shape their individual careers and grow a high-performing, agile, self-organizing team.
Provide technical expertise and share best practices with your team.
Build & integrate new features by working with our Product and Design Teams.
Define OKRs with your team to ensure they can deliver on goals.
Organize, prioritize, and achieve business goals with your team and Product.
Be part of the recruitment process to attract new colleagues.
- University degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, engineering, sciences) or comparable qualification.
- 5+ years experience as a developer (Java, Kotlin, TypeScript) working in the cloud (preferably AWS).
- Experience in marketing-related technologies, tools, and flows (e.g., Salesforce, Google Analytics, Contentful) is a plus.
- Passion for people development and previous people management experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical thinking in both technical and product domains.
- Experience in complex software projects with end-to-end ownership (building Microservices).
- Passion for well-architected, testable, and documented code and an agile mindset.
- Excellent communication skills targeting engineering, product, marketing, and other stakeholders.
- Profound understanding of RESTful API Design.
- Background in financial services is a plus.
