Full-Time Engineering Program Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership: Lead and manage teams of mechanical, electronics, and robotics engineers in the design, development, and testing of robotic systems.
• Project Management: Oversee complex engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Deliver New Products: Develop and maintain program timelines, budgets, and milestones, ensuring all objectives are met on schedule.
• Technical Integration: Ensure seamless integration of mechanical, electronics, and robotics subsystems.
• Requirements Definition: Collaborate with teams to define technical requirements, project scope, and system specifications.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure products meet regulatory requirements, including safety standards for dust-explosive environments (e.g., ATEX, IECEx).
• Communication: Act as the primary liaison between engineering teams and management.
• Resource Allocation: Manage resources effectively.
• Scalability and Manufacturability: Focus on product scalability and manufacturability.
• Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Continuous Improvement: Implement best practices.

Requirements:

• At least 7 years of experience in Engineering Program Management, or similar.
• Proven track record of managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Deep knowledge of robotics, mechanical systems, and electronics.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with industry standards and certifications (ATEX, IECEx).
• Strong risk management skills and safety regulations knowledge.
• Excellent project management skills and proficiency in tools.
• Experience leading product development involving hazardous area certifications.
• Experience working with manufacturing teams.
• Advanced knowledge of CAD software and simulation tools.
• PMP certification or similar.
• Experience with ISO9001 Quality Management System.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Experience working with international teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Master’s degree in a relevant engineering field (preferred).
