Full-Time Engineering Project Manager

POSITION SUMMARY:The Engineering Project Manager is responsible for leading complex software programs. They use project management tools for collaboration and coordination with engineering and other teams, tracking progress, and providing status reports.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide cross-functional project leadership of software development initiatives.
• Drive collaboration and coordination between multiple engineering teams to facilitate project planning and timelines.
• Take ownership of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Generate necessary documentation and assist teams with project plans, protocols, and reports.
• Track project progress, risks, and provide detailed status reports.
• Interface with external partners for joint development efforts.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or comparable background/experience.
• 2-3 years' project management experience in software development (biotech preferred).
• Project Management certification/training and experience with resource management tools are desirable.
• Experience compiling Gantt charts and project plans.
• Experience with Agile methodology and regulated environments is desirable.
• Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) and Smartsheet is desirable.

Compensation: Varies based on candidate experience, skills, certifications, and location.
