Job Details
- Technical problem diagnosis and analysis
- Performing performance optimization
- Working closely with product team to handle bug issue releases
- Researching and debugging technical issues
- Writing reports regarding product problems
- Reviewing product change requests
- Monitoring daily issues and providing solutions to clients
- Analyzing daily issues and recommending improvements
- Leading and managing daily issue updates from team members
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- 1-2 years’ experience in the industry
- Proficiency in Java programming language
- Strong knowledge of database design (mySQL, SQL)
- Familiarity with Linux environment
- Passionate about software engineering
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Design, data structures, and algorithms
- Strong business requirement analysis skills (a plus)
- Eager to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Strong software troubleshooting skills
