The Support Productivity team makes customer support teams efficient.
- Builds features for complex, near real-time inquiry routing (workflows)
- Develops live analytics (streaming) for optimizing support flows
This distributed team (6 engineers – 3 backend in Berlin, 3 frontend in Tallinn) seeks a Team Lead in Tallinn.
As a Team Lead:
- Inspire, facilitate, and enable team success
- Participate in designing technical solutions
- Develop individual development plans
- Conduct regular 1-on-1s
- Participate in recruitment
- Support the team as needed

Required skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and constructive problem-solving
- Product-oriented mindset
- Experience developing high-quality software
- Solid backend engineering background (Node.js, TypeScript preferred)
- Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and distributed systems (beneficial)
Compensation: Negotiable combination of monthly pay and DoorDash RSUs (to encourage company growth).
