Full-Time Engineering Team Lead, Support Productivity

World-class customer service is a cornerstone of Wolt.

We've invested in in-house support tools to ensure customer and partner satisfaction across 28 countries.

The Support Productivity team is crucial for making customer support teams efficient.

Responsibilities:

• Building features for complex, near-real-time inquiry routing (workflows).
• Developing live analytics features (streaming) for optimizing support flows.

Team Composition:

• 6 engineers (3 backend in Berlin, 3 frontend in Tallinn)
• Product Lead
• Designer
• Data Scientist

Team Lead Role:

• Inspire, facilitate, and empower the team.
• Run weekly team cycles.
• Participate in technical solution design.
• Create personal development plans.
• Conduct regular 1:1 meetings.
• Participate in recruitment.
• Provide support to the team as needed.

Wolt Culture:

Required Skills:

• Strong communication skills and willingness to support others.
• Product-oriented and proactive problem-solving abilities.
• Constructive feedback to the team and Wolt Product team.
• Experience in developing high-quality software.
• Solid backend engineering background, preferably in Node (TypeScript).
• Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and distributed systems.

Compensation:

• Negotiable monthly pay and DoorDash RSUs.
