Full-Time Engineering Team Lead, Support Productivity

The Support Productivity team plays a critical role in making our customer support teams efficient.

• Building features enabling complex, near real-time inquiry routing (workflows).
• Creating a live analytics feature (streaming) for optimizing customer support flows.

This small, distributed team (3 backend engineers in Berlin, 3 frontend engineers in Tallinn, Product Lead, Designer, Data Scientist) is seeking a Team Lead in Tallinn.

As a Team Lead, you'll:

• Inspire, facilitate, and enable the team.
• Run weekly team cycles.
• Participate in designing technical solutions.
• Develop personal development plans.
• Host regular 1-on-1s.
• Participate in recruitment.
• Support the team when needed.

Solid backend engineering background (preferably Node.js with Typescript) is highly valued, along with experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and distributed systems.

Compensation is a negotiable combination of monthly pay and DoorDash RSUs.
