We’re looking for an English & Communication Coach to help Wing’s virtual assistants and staff elevate their communication effectiveness.
This role focuses on email and voice communication coaching, expectation-setting with clients, and the establishment of a structured ESL upskilling program.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in communication coaching, ESL instruction, or language training.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Experience coaching individuals on client communication, email writing, and expectation-setting techniques.
- Strong facilitation and feedback skills.
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple learners or cohorts.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with CRM configuration, workflow automation, or project management systems.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles, LMS tools, and competency frameworks.
- Strong analytical mindset for assessing trainee performance and learning trends.
