Account Executive - Enterprise (Canada West)
Role Summary: As an Enterprise Account Executive, expand Freshworks' footprint in Canada West, engaging multiple stakeholders for customized ITSM and EX solutions. Thrive in complex, consultative sales, high-budget deals, and medium-to-long sales cycles. Help Canadian organizations improve employee workflows and IT efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop tailored ITSM and EX strategies for Western Canadian organizations, showcasing Freshworks' solution benefits.
- Collaborate with IT leaders, department heads, and HR administrators to address unique agency challenges.
- Build, maintain, and execute a robust sales pipeline focused on Western Canada needs.
- Create compelling value propositions aligning with agency goals and budgets.
- Partner with Marketing, Solutions Engineers, and Customer Success for seamless customer journeys.
Experience & Skills:
- 5-8 years of proven success in SaaS enterprise sales, strong in ITSM and EX solution selling.
- Prior experience selling to 500-1000 employee organizations is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of SaaS and their role in operational efficiency (public sector).
- Hands-on experience with ITSM and EX solutions for productivity and employee engagement.
- Mastery in solution selling and pipeline management.
- Strong analytical abilities to assess customer needs.
- Collaborative, analytical, and persistent.
Compensation: $144,000 - $207,000 CAD + Variable Compensation
