What We're Looking For: We seek a multi-cloud architect to help enterprise clients. Reporting to the VP of Delivery, this role works with multiple clients to understand needs and provide transformative solutions.
This role will identify, analyze, research new tools, design, plan, establish standards, document, and support delivery teams on technical solutions for enterprise clients.
The Enterprise Cloud Architect is comfortable speaking with C-level executives to understand business needs and guide them to best practices. Excellent communication skills and presenting abilities are required. The role also involves mentoring engineers.

What You Do: This role will be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in cloud computing.
Cloud:
- Comprehensive experience designing solutions in multiple cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Knowledge of provider services and 3rd-party tools.
- Understanding of the relationships between business needs and technology (cost, infrastructure, data, security, time, resiliency, governance).
Infrastructure Automation:
- Designing, developing, managing, and testing Infrastructure as Code with tools like Terraform and Ansible.
- Experience with cloud native technologies (Kubernetes, Istio).
- Observability through tools like Prometheus, Elasticsearch, Grafana, or Zipkin.
Application Development/SDLC/CI/CD:
- Experience with build systems (Circle CI, Argo CD, Azure DevOps, GitLab).
- Application development and testing with various languages (Go, Java, JavaScript, .NET, Python).
- Using modern source control management and branching strategies.
Coaching/Guiding:
- Leading change and removing impediments to DevOps adoption.
- Helping enterprises implement solutions for business objectives.
- Guiding customers toward CI/CD automation.
- Training and mentoring on solution building.
Critical Thinking/Involvement:
- Solving complex challenges and conducting research.
- Community contributions (open source projects, blogging, conferences).
Requirements: US/Canada work authorization required. Travel required (approximately once a month).
