Job Details
We are looking for an Enterprise Project Manager to join our Professional Services team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the successful delivery of complex, multi-stream enterprise projects using Docusign’s established delivery methodology.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to business outcomes.
- Manage the full project lifecycle from planning through to close.
- Serve as a strategic delivery partner to customers.
- Translate business goals into actionable delivery plans.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams.
- Achieve all Professional Services KPIs.
- Champion and enhance Docusign’s enterprise delivery framework.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Docusign’s products and integrations.
- Support capability uplift across the delivery team.
What you bring:
- Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
- 12+ years of relevant experience
- 12+ years of primary project management experience with enterprise projects
- 4+ years of experience with supporting client process optimization and change management
- Proficiency in developing detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones
Preferred:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
- Background in Software-as-a-Service project management
- Experience using a CRM solution such as SalesForce.com
- Proven track record of achieving Professional Services financial results
- Experience using Smartsheets for project management
- Demonstrated strong customer-focus
