Full-Time Enterprise Project Manager

We’re looking for an Enterprise Project Manager to join Procore’s Professional Services team. You will lead software implementation projects and ensure successful client deliveries. Your expertise in managing complex software rollouts will strengthen our team.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute implementation strategies, leading discovery sessions, creating project plans, managing budgets, and tracking risks to achieve business goals.
• Oversee custom statements of work and onboarding strategies, ensuring projects stay on time and on budget.
• Act as the primary contact for stakeholders, providing clear communication on project progress, challenges, and solutions.
• Standardize project management processes, tools, and templates to enhance efficiency.
• Mentor and coach team members to enhance project management skills and drive improvement.
• Monitor project performance using KPIs and metrics to optimize workflows and ensure success.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and client needs to build strong relationships and trust.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Product Managers, Customer Success) to boost client success and Procore's market leadership.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in managing software implementations in SaaS or large-scale, global projects.
• Proven ability to manage and deliver professional services within scope, aligning with organizational goals.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with project management tools for planning, forecasting, budget tracking, and risk management.
• Background in servicing large organizations with complex web/mobile applications.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Innovative and problem-solving mindset, client-centric approach.
• Adaptability, resilience, and critical thinking skills in fast-paced environments.
• Travel for client on-sites and company events (up to 25%).
