Full-Time Enterprise Project Manager, Professional Services

• Work with clients to develop project strategies and project plans that focus on business-based outcomes.
• Collaborate with key contacts, technical leadership, and our Customer Success department to execute custom statements of work and onboarding strategies.
• Develop and implement repeatable processes and templates to create efficiencies and standardize where possible.
• Remain current on customer needs, industry trends, and market activities to build trust and relationships with key contacts.
• Provide the highest level of service and support to clients through diligent, proactive communication.

• 12+ years experience managing SaaS projects, developing custom project plans, forecasting resources, tracking and managing risk, building change management strategies.
• 3+ years of experience working in construction operations or technical support of operations.
• A history of servicing large, complex organizations with complex web and mobile applications utilized for documentation management, project management, or similar use cases.
• Successful management of projects and professional services within a defined limited scope.
• Demonstrated successful software client services with proven experience onboarding and training mid to large-scale clients.
• Strong empathy for customers AND passion for project management and organization.
