Full-Time Enterprise Project Manager, Public Sector

• Work with clients to develop project strategies and project plans that focus on business-based outcomes.
• Collaborate with key contacts, technical leadership, and our Customer Success department to execute custom statements of work and onboarding strategies.
• Develop and implement repeatable processes and templates to create efficiencies and standardize where possible.
• Provide the highest level of service and support to clients through diligent, proactive communication.
• Collaborate with all levels of the Procore organization to ensure client success and contribute to Procore’s evolution as a market leader.

• 12+ years experience managing SaaS projects, developing custom project plans, forecasting resources, tracking and managing risk, building change management strategies.
• 5+ years of experience working in the public sector or with federal agencies.
• A history of servicing large, complex organizations.
• Successful management of projects and professional services within a defined limited scope.
