Full-Time Enterprise Solution Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Solutions Architect to develop and deliver scalable, secure, and innovative solutions.

This hybrid role combines high-level enterprise architecture oversight with detailed solution design. Ensuring the technology ecosystem aligns with business goals and projects are successfully executed.

Key Responsibilities include developing and maintaining the enterprise architecture strategy, providing governance and architectural oversight, and defining architectural patterns.

Designing end-to-end solutions integrating various technologies and platforms, leading technical direction and implementation of projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leading and supporting development teams.

Acting as a bridge between business and technology teams, facilitating communication, and collaborating with security teams to embed security from design.

Continuously monitoring and optimizing existing architectures to improve performance, reduce costs, and ensure scalability.

Staying informed on emerging technology trends and recommending new technologies/methodologies.

Identifying opportunities for automation and application-to-application integration.

Defining technical roadmaps for innovation adoption.

Preparing materials for architecture governance board approvals, and identifying and mitigating risks.

Minimum Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing end-to-end solutions.
• Experience in SaaS business is a plus.
• Expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, or similar) is a plus.
• Deep knowledge of API management, microservices architecture, and cloud-based architectures.
• Experience with cloud-native development, infrastructure as code (IaC), and CI/CD practices is a plus.
• Strong understanding of security best practices, identity management, and data governance.
• Proficient in designing solutions leveraging on-premise and cloud systems, ensuring seamless integration and security.
• Strong communication skills, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field.
