Full-Time Environmental Project Manager

• Overall project management and administration.
• Establishing project-specific objectives and policies.
• Providing management and guidance to subordinate managers.
• Enforcing company and project policies.
• Serving as a primary liaison between AECOM and the client.
• Overseeing project construction in accordance with design, budget, and schedule.
• Administering the project from budgeting/schedule stage through procurement and contract closeout.
• Managing profit/loss responsibility for assigned projects.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Geology, Environmental Science, or related field.
• 8+ years of relevant experience.
• US Citizen (for access to DoD project sites).
• Ability to travel at least 10% of the time.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check and motor vehicle records check.

• Master’s Degree in environmental engineering, Geology, Environmental Science, or related discipline.
• Ability to obtain a DBIDs pass for federal military installation site access.
• Experience with CERCLA and environmental science principles.
• Current 40-Hour HAZWOPER and Supervisor certifications.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Professional registration.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and preparing technical reports.
• Knowledge of Hawaii Department of Health regulations.
• Extensive DOD and CLEAN Experience in Hawaii and Guam.
• Project estimating experience.
• Client and Regulatory interaction experience.
• Skills in written and spoken communication, organization, and time management.
