AECOM is seeking a Project Manager to support Environmental Remediation projects in Hawaii and Guam. This role manages large-scale remediation projects, including a team of up to 10 subcontractors. The candidate should have experience managing projects of $10 million or greater, including Remedial Investigations, Feasibility Studies, and Remedial Actions for the Federal sector.

Responsibilities:
- Overall project management and administration.
- Establishing project objectives and policies.
- Providing guidance to subordinate managers.
- Ensuring projects are constructed according to design, budget, and schedule.
- Administering projects from budgeting through contract closeout.
- Profit/loss responsibility for assigned projects.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Geology, Environmental Science, or related field and 8+ years of experience.
- U.S. Citizen.
- Ability to travel 10% of the time.
- Successful background check and motor vehicle records check.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in environmental engineering, Geology, Environmental Science, or related discipline.
- Experience with CERCLA and environmental science principles.
- 40-Hour HAZWOPER and Supervisor certifications.
- Effective communication skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of Hawaii Department of Health regulations.
- Experience with DOD and CLEAN projects in Hawaii and Guam.
- Proven project estimating experience.
