Full-Time ERP Administrative Analyst, Systems - Remote

• Maintains and enforces change control procedures for ERP modifications.
• Manages user accounts, roles, and permissions in Epicor Kinetic.
• Ensures compliance with security protocols and audit requirements.
• Documents changes and maintains version controls.
• Assists in testing and validation of BPMs, dashboards, BAQs, and other customizations.
• Collaborates with developers and business users to ensure customizations meet functional requirements.
• Manages the support queues in the Jira ticketing system.
• Creates and maintains user guides, SOPs, and training materials.
• Provides support and training to front line support as needed.
• Produces reporting and analysis to identify root causes of support issues.
• Supports process improvement and automation initiatives.

• Experience with process improvement and automation initiatives
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Familiarity with IT change management and software upgrade processes
• Ability to develop and deliver end-user training materials
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Epicor ERP systems
• Strong listening and analytical skills
• Experience with SQL databases
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Office products

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience working with Epicor ERP systems
• Strong understanding of business processes
