What is the role? Your main role will be to assist clients in the implementation and customization of our ERP solutions, ensuring their unique business needs are met. This will involve close collaboration with clients to gain in-depth understanding of their requirements, designing and delivering tailored solutions, and offering ongoing support and maintenance.
You will be responsible for understanding the clients' unique business processes and requirements. You will develop strong working relationships with stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts, configure and customize solutions to meet clients' needs, provide continuous support and maintenance, optimize and improve our ERP solutions, stay current on the latest ERP enhancements and upgrades.
What we are looking for:
- Understanding of Manufacturing and Distribution processes
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in both Collaborative and an independent manner
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing and distribution or any related fields
