Full-Time ERP IT Project Manager

We're looking for an ERP IT Implementation Lead to provide top-tier business services for Higher Education clients.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the Technical workstream, including Integration, Reports, Data Conversion, and Security.
• Develop and maintain the technical project plan.
• Collaborate with technical leads and client leadership to provide status updates.
• Manage and mitigate technical risks and issues.
• Gather input from the technical team and support program decisions.
• Escalate technical RAID items (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions).
• Facilitate technical status meetings.
• Lead technical team communication across vendors and clients.
• Support organizational change management.
• Provide oversight of all technical activities.
• Review and approve technical requirements.

Skills Required:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 5+ years of ERP technical delivery experience, including leading ERP projects
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills

Preferred Skills:

• Workday implementation experience (Workday Studio, EIB, Web Services)
• Knowledge of Workday security, data governance, and reporting
• Workday certifications
• ERP Implementation experience
• Programming skills in XSLT, XML, Java, and/or SQL
• Higher Ed/Consulting experience
