Implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (D365 F&O), Thrive seeks an ERP Program Manager to lead this transformation and evolve into the ultimate ERP System Administrator post-implementation.
Role Overview: The ERP Program Manager drives the successful implementation of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O), aligning with Thrive's operational and financial goals. The role identifies and mitigates risks and issues, working closely with external partners, vendors, and stakeholders. Post-implementation, the role transitions to ERP Administrator, focusing on ongoing system optimization, maintenance, and serving as the holistic OCFO technology architect.
Key Responsibilities (Implementation Phase):
- Participate in the full project lifecycle (requirements gathering, design, development, testing, training, go-live support).
- Coordinate Dynamics 365 ERP implementation across regions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, map processes, and design solutions.
- Ensure project delivery best practices and continuous methodology improvements.
- Drive organizational readiness, including training, communication, and user engagement.
- Participate in system testing, data migration, and validation.
Key Responsibilities (Post-Implementation Phase):
- ERP Administration: Manage D365 F&SCM configurations, workflows, updates, user roles, permissions, and security.
- Technology Optimization: Evaluate and enhance system functionality to meet evolving business needs.
- Support & Training: Provide ongoing user support, troubleshoot issues, and deliver training.
- System Integration: Ensure seamless integration between D365 F&SCM and other systems (Snowflake, Salesforce CRM, Salesforce CPQ).
- Vendor Management: Maintain relationships with vendors and consultants.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience implementing Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Strong project management skills (budgeting, scheduling, communication).
- Deep understanding of ERP systems and their role in finance/supply chain.
- Experience in Managed Services Provider (MSP) industry.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience with change management, training, and system adoption.
- Strong analytical/problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- System administration experience for Dynamics 365 F&O.
- Relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
- Financial reporting/forecasting/operational analytics experience.
- ServiceNow experience (integration/workflow).
- Familiarity with Snowflake, Salesforce CRM, Salesforce CPQ (integration/configuration).
- Proficiency in system configuration, security, and user management.
- Power Platform (Power BI, PowerApps, Power Automate) experience.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Global, multi-region experience.
