Full-Time ERP Project Manager M/F

Lead the implementation of ERP roadmap to ensure the GO LIVE for Beginning of 2026 with Renault Group Teams

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

Participate in the identification, specifications and implementation of all interfaces needed between the ERP, other Flexis IS or External IS.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ERP systems.

Conduct regular project status meetings and provide timely updates to stakeholders.

Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, risks and resource allocation.

Ensure effective communication and collaboration between project teams and stakeholders, with both technical and non-technical people, ensuring clear understanding and expectations for all parties involved.

Participate to specifications and testing to ensure the milestones.

Evaluate and document project outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.

Define the roadmap for all evolutions needed after the Go Live to meet with business requirements.

Detail, accompany and ensure the future Flexis autonomy with its own ERP (Deadline to define).

Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management and in managing SAP S/4HANA implementation projects (particularly with FICO, SD & MM Modules).

Strong understanding of ERP systems and their integration with other business applications.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Proactive and results-oriented mindset.

Experience in managing stakeholders' expectations and building strong, trust-based relationships across all levels of the organization.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).

In-depth knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies & good practices.

Fluent in French and English.
