Full-Time ERP Senior Project Specialist

Position Summary:This role will focus on supporting the Agribusiness Business Unit. This role engages business unit leaders, interacts with technical teams, product teams, customer support, sales, and managed services. Externally, it interacts with product users, IT, and project sponsors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead pre-sales efforts (product demos, discovery sessions, requirements gathering).
• Develop project statements of work, budgets, and plans; oversee plant mass balance audits; and ensure successful product implementation.
• Be the main client contact, providing training, troubleshooting, and after-hours support, ensuring smooth onboarding and system use.
• Partner with sales, technical teams, and clients to meet project objectives, maintain documentation, reports, and change management plans.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and power user, creating and maintaining training resources, providing end-user support, and delivering product demos.
• Drive multiple projects simultaneously, manage risks, align objectives with company goals, and foster strong client partnerships.
• Test system setups, troubleshoot issues, and maintain tools for seamless project tracking and implementation progress.

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2-4 years experience, preferably in food processing or related manufacturing.
• PMP, CSM, PPM, or similar certifications are a plus.
• Proficient in calculating figures (discounts, percentages, proportions) and solving practical problems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel (charts/graphs) and PowerPoint.
