Full-Time Event and Change Management Specialist

• Manage planned maintenance activities
• Create and manage vendor planned maintenance in Change Management systems
• Generate impacts of affected objects
• Validate customer impacts
• Schedule Network planned maintenances
• Create Special Handling requests
• Respond to Special Handling requests
• Postpone, modify, or cancel requests
• Receive customer calls for Network Maintenance Inquiries
• Process Network Maintenance Inquiries
• Provide status updates to customers
• Ensure customer communication requirements are met
• Manage workload and Vendor e-mails
• Make calls to dark fiber customers
• Adhere to internal processes
• Understand impacts associated with conflicts
• Communicate non-proprietary information to clients
• Assist colleagues

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 7+ years of relatable experience
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Quick learner with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong Project Management skills
• Subject Matter Expert on Change and Event Management in telecom
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• 7+ years telecom change and/or event management
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)
