Full-Time Event Manager

• Meet and exceed NPS and CSAT targets
• Event budget management
• Improve client retention

• Design, plan, and execute 8-12 client events simultaneously
• Develop detailed event strategies, including budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
• Source, negotiate, and manage vendor relationships
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Educate clients on industry best practices
• Go above and beyond to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Follow and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Provide feedback to enhance tools, systems, and workflows
• Meet or exceed event booking and profit margin goals
• Strategically manage client budgets
• Immerse your day-to-day planning operations in BoomPop’s product

• 5+ years of experience in end-to-end event management
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with vendors and venues
• Strong adaptability and problem-solving skills
• Excelling in project management skills and experience, prioritizing a high volume of tasks
• Strong executive presence and ability to present information to a variety of senior leaders
• Proven ability to be creative and innovative in planning in-person events
• Hospitality experience is highly preferred
• Willing and able to travel up to 10% of the year
