We are seeking an Event Production Coordinator with expertise in project planning and management. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
The Event Production Coordinator serves as the primary logistics planner securing sites, routes, contracts, permits and jurisdictional support.
Responsibilities:
- Direct and manage projects from beginning to end.
- Assist in securing sites, routes, contracts, permits and jurisdictional support.
- Create operational plans including site guidelines, maps, manifests, emergency response, staffing, staff checklists and timelines.
- Secure vendors and event supplies, and manage assets.
- Implement on event operational plans and serve as the primary event lead when needed.
- Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve issues and communicate them to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Frequent travel required.
