The Operations & Client Delivery team supports multilingual events for leading institutions.
Event Project Managers ensure each event runs smoothly through structured planning, clear communication, and hands-on execution.
Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement and Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact post-sale, ensuring ongoing communication.
- Event Planning and Execution: Translate client requirements into actionable plans.
- Technical Resource and Quality Control Management: Coordinate with IT/AV specialists.
- Collaboration Across Teams: Ensure seamless communication.
- Onsite Event Coordination: Lead onsite events.
- Event Reporting and Feedback Collection: Conduct post-event debriefs.
- Commercial Awareness and Upselling Opportunities: Identify potential upsell/cross-sell.
- Continuous Training and Development: Stay current with new technologies.
Experience and Competencies:
- 2-5 years in project or event management, ideally with exposure to hybrid or online events.
- Client-centric mindset
- Technical proficiency with videoconferencing platforms.
- Organizational excellence, strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Adaptability to remote work and flexible schedules.
- C1 English proficiency or higher; additional languages a plus.
Work Hours: Remote-first environment, offering flexibility within a standard 8-hour Monday-Friday schedule.
