Contractor Event Sales & Services Coordinator (Remote)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Event Sales & Services Coordinator to join our team remotely.

• Responsible for driving event sales and building strong client relationships.
• Coordinating the successful execution of events.
• Full-time or part-time role from home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
• Conduct virtual site visits and deliver presentations.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their event needs.
• Create detailed event plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate all logistics, including virtual and physical event components.
• Manage events virtually, ensuring smooth execution.
• Liaise with vendors and service providers.
• Work with internal staff to ensure all aspects of the event are covered.
• Conduct post-event evaluations and gather client feedback.
• Prepare reports and maintain records of event details.

Requirements:

• Experience in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in event planning, sales, or a related role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Sales-driven with a track record of meeting targets.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused with a commitment to excellent service.
• Proficiency with virtual meeting and event platforms.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours.

Compensation: Performance-based, with the potential to earn up to $5,000 per month.
