Event Technology Specialist
This is a 1-month contract opportunity. This is a hybrid/remote opportunity.
We are looking for an Event Technology Specialist to join our Event Technology team within the Marketing Department. You will assist in managing EventTech tools, including Splash events, and other digital experience platforms. You will work closely with the Splash Program Manager to support global users, handle onboarding, and ensure smooth operations of digital experiences and smaller-scale events.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist the Splash Program Manager in supporting internal user intake and enabling the use of EventTech tools.
- Provide onboarding and training to users on digital experience platforms.
- Ensure marketing compliance in digital event execution.
- Support the operational needs of digital experiences and smaller-scale events.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to EventTech tools and platforms.
Skills/Requirements
- Experience with event technology platforms, especially Splash events, is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Experience with onboarding and training users on digital platforms.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
