Full-Time Events Manager (REMOTE)

We’re seeking a dynamic Events Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and logistics for major events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Event Strategy & Leadership: Lead full lifecycle of hybrid events.
• Program & Speaker Management: Manage speaker relations and oversee Cvent Abstract Management System.
• Vendor, Venue, and Contract Management: Develop RFPs, negotiate contracts, and coordinate site visits.
• Pre-Conference Logistics: Create agendas, coordinate website content, and ensure flawless online registration.
• Logistics & On-Site Coordination: Manage logistical elements and oversee staff/volunteer training.
• Budget, Data, and Reporting: Track budgets, expenses, and provide event performance reports.
• Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Research event industry trends and integrate risk management.
• Customer Experience & Representation: Provide excellent service to members, attendees, and speakers.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience managing large-scale conferences or hybrid events.
• Expertise in event logistics, budgeting, and on-site management.
• Strong attention to detail and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with Cvent.
• Strong analytical mindset.
