Contractor Executive Assistant - Maternity Cover

To provide high-level administrative support to the Group Executive Personal Injury and the Personal Injury Senior Leadership Team. This is a 12-month maternity cover.

• Supporting the Group Executive Personal Injury and Personal Injury Senior Leaders.
• Acting as the point of contact among Personal Injury Leadership Team, employees, clients and other external partners.
• Proactive diary management and calendar management.
• Arrange and coordinate stakeholder meetings.
• Coordinate flights and accommodation for leaders.
• Event coordination and bookings on behalf of leaders.
• Arrange internal and external meetings, including bookings, equipment set-up and catering.
• Schedule meetings and prepare and distribute meeting minutes.
• Draft/formatting correspondence, communications, PowerPoint presentations and other documents.
• Maintaining databases and producing reports.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in executive support to a senior leader.
• Strong customer service focus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Well-developed time management skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidential information.
• Excellent MS Office knowledge.
