Full-Time Executive Regional Portfolio Manager

Executive Regional Portfolio Manager is responsible for managing a group of assets assigned by FPI Management.

Responsibilities include:

1. Preparing annual operating budgets for clients and properties.
2. Monitoring project budgets and marketing for financial status and alerting FPI Management of changes.
3. Completing monthly/quarterly Property Manager Checklists.
4. Recommending rent and concessions based on market conditions.
5. Verifying property compliance with forms, leases, documents, and required forms/posters.
6. Ensuring unit maintenance to FPI standards, turnovers, curb appeal, and cleanliness.
7. Reviewing vacancies, availability, and turnover rates.
8. Reviewing financial reports to ensure budgetary control.
9. Monitoring service requests for completion and resident satisfaction.
10. Maintaining a professional appearance.
11. Providing training and guidance to employees.
12. Responding to resident, client, and vendor calls/emails/texts within 24 hours.
13. Participating in recruiting and making sound hiring decisions.
14. Meeting training requirements and ensuring site employee training.
15. Evaluating on-site personnel performance, documenting communication and counseling.
16. Ensuring CD Annual Reviews and Community Director staff reviews.
17. Ensuring compliance with FPI safety policies.
18. Maintaining positive communication with clients and supervisors.
19. Enforcing community rules and regulations, and adhering to FPI Standard Operating Procedures.
20. Complying with Fair Housing Laws and FPI policies.
21. Adhering to FPI's Dress Code Policy.
22. Representing FPI professionally in communications with employees, residents, clients, vendors, and guests.
23. Meeting all training requirements.
24. Performing any other tasks as directed by the supervisor.

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar leadership role.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Relatable college degree preferred.
• Relevant certification or designation preferred.
• Valid Real Estate Salesperson License (state-dependent).
• Valid Driver's License, good driving record, current insurance, and operable vehicle.
• Proficiency in English.
