The Opportunity
Looking for an experienced Care Worker to join the Silverchain team in Kellyville NSW 2155. Help older members of our community maintain their independence and wellbeing.

What we’re looking for
- Passionate about providing an excellent service.
- Can build positive relationships with clients and their families.
- Comfortable working independently and finding solutions to everyday problems.
In addition, you will need:
- A valid Australian Driver's Licence & your own insured, roadworthy vehicle
- Experience of 3 months or more in a similar professional role, with experience in with personal care, manual handling, hoist training and medications.
The role
Provide aged care clients with home help services such as:
- General housekeeping, Cleaning, laundry, Meal preparation and grocery shopping.
Provide aged care clients with personal care services such as:
- Assisting clients with personal hygiene, mobility, medications.
- Providing complex care for customers with high care needs, such as dementia.
- Providing social and emotional support.
