Part-Time Experienced Care Worker

We are looking for an experienced Care Worker to join the Silverchain team in Sylvania NSW 2224.

In addition, you will need:

• A valid Australian Driver's Licence & your own insured, roadworthy vehicle
• Experience of 3 months or more in a similar professional role, with experience in with personal care, manual handling, hoist training and medications.

The role:

In the role of Care Worker you will be providing our aged care clients with home help and personal care services such as:

• General housekeeping, cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
• Assisting clients with personal care, mobility, and medications
• Providing complex care for customers with high care needs, such as dementia
• Providing social and emotional support and transport to activities
• Helping the family carer to have a break
