Part-Time Experienced Home Care Worker - Lake Macquarie - Casual

We are looking for an experienced Home Care Worker to join the Silverchain team in the Swansea area.

• Comfortable working independently
• An open Australian Driver's Licence & insured vehicle
• 3 months or more in a similar role

The role:

You will be providing aged care clients with:

• General housekeeping
• Cleaning and laundry
• Meal preparation and grocery shopping
• Personal care services
• Assisting with mobility
• Providing complex care, such as dementia care
• Providing social and emotional support
• Transport to activities or appointments
• Helping the family carer
