It takes a special person to be a Home Care Worker. We are looking for someone with 3 months or more experience to join the Silverchain team in the Swansea 2281 area.

- An open Australian Driver's Licence & your own insured, roadworthy vehicle.

The role:
You will be providing aged care clients with:
- General housekeeping.
- Cleaning, mopping and vacuuming.
- Laundry services.
- Meal preparation and grocery shopping.
You will also be providing personal care services such as:
- Assisting with mobility.
- Providing complex care for customers with high care needs, such as dementia.
- Providing social and emotional support.
- Providing client transport.
