SlideHub's Expert Solutions division is seeking a Project Manager to drive client projects forward. This remote role, based in Portugal, requires a blend of design sense, PowerPoint interest, and excellent client communication skills.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end client projects, including requirements gathering and guidance.
- Review and optimize templates across the Office suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Create brand guidelines and best practice materials.
- Upload and organize materials into client libraries.
- Deliver basic training to clients.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Improve Expert Solutions workflows and documentation.
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Excellent communication skills.
- A problem-solving mindset.
- A strong visual sense with an eye for design.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive and collaborative mindset.
- Fluent English (business).
Bonus if you have:
- Hands-on experience with PowerPoint.
- Experience in client-facing roles.
- Familiarity with content management systems.
Work schedule follows CET daytime hours with flexibility for occasional evening meetings to support US-based clients. Paid annual leave of 22 days + bank holidays.
